This session is designed to boost confidence while inspiring a love of writing. The Creative Writers Club,  encourages use of imagination, alongside building strong foundations in spelling, grammar, and They will use  images, video clips and texts as inspiration for their own writing.

Core writing skills are developed through engaging and supportive activities, helping children feel comfortable expressing their ideas.

Activities are designed, allowing children to work together, as well as independently, which motivates pupils, and can further enhance their progress. 

With fun and stimulating topics, children will be excited to write, explore their imagination, and bring their ideas to life.

For English classes your child will develop confidence in both reading comprehension, and writing through engaging, integrated sessions, that use a wide range of fiction and non-fiction texts to build vocabulary and deepen understanding.

 Children will take part in discussions, learning to justify their ideas and make thoughtful inferences, while also using  images, video clips and texts as inspiration for their own writing. Creativity is encouraged alongside the development of spelling, grammar, and handwriting, 

For  Maths lessons, a focus on building confidence by breaking concepts into clear, manageable steps. Learning is both fun and effective, supporting children in mastering key skills and tackling more challenging problems. 

Whether reinforcing foundations or addressing areas of difficulty, each child is supported in a nurturing environment to reach their full potential.

These sessions offer personalised learning in a supportive, fun, and relaxed environment, with a strong focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning.

Children will take part in tailored Maths and English activities suited to their current level and year group, alongside engaging puzzles and games that reinforce key skills. Parents are welcome to share specific areas they would like covered, or I can design bespoke content to support each child’s individual progress.

As sessions run for longer periods, a break and snack time is included to ensure children remain refreshed, focused, and ready to learn.

I teach students nationwide and internationally, offering fully personalised content tailored to each child’s individual needs and learning goals. Lessons can include Maths and English, designed to build confidence, while fostering a genuine enthusiasm for learning.

This class runs on a rotation of two English sessions and two Maths sessions.
